I think the duke's dog should have a Wrath name.

Lots of possibilities to match the dog's chacteristics:

"pants" - terrier like persistence
"jafski" - very hairy and s**ts on the carpet
"SCC" - bark worse than bite
"dookeryork" - bite worse than bark
"malky" - hates cats, likes Marys
"jayson" - no-one likes it
"ceebee" - untrainable
"Judge" - always picking fights
"ralf" or "scrammers" - fights to the death
