Particulaly:-

This means that the item you buy should be the same as any description of it. A description could be what the seller has said to you about the item or something written in a brochure."
I presume that also means must confrm to a picture of said goods. Perhaps OG could clarify.
And before you say it the "Come on it's only for charity." shizzle won't wash on this occasion. In fact that makes it worse. It will pu people off from giving to charities in the future as they feel they have been deceived.
