Why though?

etuwho is not making any money out of it. it's not profiting an evil regime. I really don't see the problem.

It's for a cancer charity. How can that be wrong? Are people really concerned that if they buy a mug they won't be able to call etuwho a racist c**t if he says something racist in the future?
