Why the hate for the term "Old Farm Derby"?

I really don't understand it, Norfolk and Suffolk are both agricultural heartlands, why deny it?

Do some people really think thats it's just about the city v the town, and the thousands of fans from the countryside who support both teams are somehow an unfortunate embarassment?

Annoyance at consistant cookery puns I can understand, the hatred of this I find just baffling.
