Spot on that. either everyone gets the breaks or no one does.

Here, fag breaks need to be taken out of their lunch hour, so everyone gets the same time then.

I'm in at least 40 minutes, therefore I can pop out for a smoke here and there cause the company still get the time i'm paid for, and more.

Its not fair to allow some people more 'paid' breaks than others.
