Savage cuts to public services or tax rises and closing tax avoidance loopholes?

Or maybe a combination of them both?

I could tolerate cutting public sector spending (so long as it was targetted at genuine wastefulness) if we weren't being 'robbed' of Billions in tax avoidance by already mega wealthy tossers.

I'd even be quite content to pay an extra couple of pence in the pound.

What I don't like is Giddeon's apparent plan just to slaughter the public sector with very little else coming from elsewhere.
