ok, why do most people hate him?

i have an awful memory. actually that's not quite correct, i have two memories. one part of my brain is excellent at remembering really important stuff. A list stuff. i can remember critically important stuff at the drop of a hat. but, the other part of my memory that is responsible for remembering inconsequential stuff is appalling. did bentley slag us off or something?
