Did the Great North Run in 2:07:55, a clear 2 minutes quicker than my previous best.

The northeast really is the spiritual home of the chavvy little c**t.

Didn't see a single other Norwich shirt, but I passed an old boy in a "Bungay Running Club" vest and gave him a "Come on Norfolk" as I went past.

Fucked it down with rain before the run, dried up during, then really f**ked it down after.

Didn't see Ray Stubbs but Mrs AB did. Or Colin Jacksons or Jim Rosenthals.
