One of the most overrated cricketers of recent times

In tests, averaged 31 with the bat and took five wickets just three times in 137 innings. Indeed, he never took more than five wickets in an innings in any form of professional cricket.

There was much to love, particularly in 2005 when he was outstanding, but he really didn't quite do the business to the extent that some would have you believe.
