Basically i was criticising Lambert for the first time in his reign I think he got it wrong. Holt should not have started would have had more impact from the bench (he's unfit so it's clear 2 games in 4 days will be a struggle) Smith was clearly shattered from the off and with the midfield depth could have been on the bench. The formation was wrong, it was changed to another wrong formation and then at half time fixed. Mac and Hooly in the same midfield is fine but I'd play 3 other midfielders to make up the defensive aspect lost playign these two with one striker
