I thought they made me sound brillo pads apart from a few conclusions which were really not me at all. Anyway, first of all the smug bastard said I had low self-awareness and then for the rest of the chat used his assertion that I was not self-aware to explain to me why he was right about my character, while I was always wrong. Nice safety net eh ? Everything he said either I had to agree with or he'd just refer back to the low self-awareness.

Then didn't recommend me for the job, quoting one major pitfall being that if I make a mistake, I admit it, step over it to find a solution, bet never make the same mistake again.

Which I thought sounded pretty good ! Load of airy fairy bollocks.
