I agree with the war and conflict thing

But i really do think it is in their culture.

But it is not just Africans that I believe are very uncivilized

The Russians raped thousands during ww2, I have never seen or heard reports of British Soldiers doing this?

Muslim men believe it is OK to trash their wives, OK lots of British men have been found guilty of this horrible crime but it is usually drink fueled.
