reducrrant jelly is a good one

especially with some rosemary.

I would really agree on the cornflour but it does make for a quick solution. I actulaly think the mistake that most people make is to go for vast quantities of gravy, and that's why stock cubes/granules/things all come into play, whereas in fact you should only have the amount of gravy that the juices dictate.
