If you've read some of the stories coming out of Dubai

you wouldn't be as surprised. Ex pats are s**tting themselves about the law that can put you in jail for bankruptcy. Seemingly the airport carpark is full of abandoned porsches (leased of course) left there by Brits fleeing the country. Not surprised prices affected.
