Right, it was something along the lines of this...

I reckon that completely overhauling the team, man for man, would be counter-productive. Managing a team in such a reactonary fashion is not the way to find a winning side - though players should always be looking over their shoulder, they shouldn't be fearful that everytime they misplace a pass they will get the boot.

So my team - I would keep Theo as I think he's been unfairly scapegoated, and dropping him now would destroy whatever confidence he has left. As for the defence, I would drop Semi as he seems to have been the weakest link and Spillane is a ready-made replacement. I would be tempted to replace both centrehalves, but as Askou is the only experienced replacement available I would keep Ginger Pele alongside him. I don't think now is the right time to blood Dumic or Stephens. And by the sound of it Drury wasn't too bad. I would play QD and Amadeus on the basis that they came on and apparently did well. Hoolahan obviously has a lot of quality and for that would get another chance. I would try McLittle in place of Whaley just to see what he has to offer, and Holt too would get another chance because I think that he has the potential to do well if we can get it right further back the pitch.
