I was less conned by the rebate blackmail, than I was by thinking Gunny may actually do ok

in League 1 with his own team and a good team spirit. I felt even after the Reading and Charlton game to give him the benefit of the doubt. He's Gunny and deserves a chance. Saturday just confirmed that Reading and Charlton wasn't about a squad Roeder put together but about Gunny and his total incompetence as a football manager.
