One of my contacts in the building trade knows

a reserve or youth player, (can't remember which one now) and he reckoned behind the scenes was a lot more 'relaxed' than under any other manager he'd previously played for. Even said there were examples of players being allowed to leave pre-season training early to sort house moves out.
