was the culminations of at least 10 years of missed opurtunities and mismanagement. Promotion papered over the cracks for a year.but did not halt the decline. Hopefully, if Mc Nally's reputation is justified, he will be able to get his hand on the tiller and steady the ship although he doesn't appoint the manager does he ? Relegation didn't just happen last season it has been coming, as had yesterday.
