Interesting that several people have said our team lack pace

After we were relegated & were thinking about rebuilding the squad I was speaking to a colleague who is a Cheltenham ST holder - he said it is a myth that big, strong players are the most essential part of a squad in League one - any guesses what he said was the most important thing to have? Yep, pace.
