The Doh(!) is perfectly acceptable

Indeed it's far better than the Doc:
1. More in keeping with the correct spelling of his surname
2. Wrath regular and portly lunatic, XXL16, invented it (probably accidentally)
3. Echoes of Homer Simpson

However, neither DOH nor DOC (ie. all capitals) are acceptable except when emphasising and then *Doh* would be preferable.
