Anyone got any experience of changing trains at York station?

Missus is going up to visit friends in boro while I am in Dublin on a stag.
She has to change at York from the train from Peterborough on the East Coast line to the boro train on the Trans Pennine line.

Having done some digging it looks like she?ll arrive on platform 3 or 5, and have to get to platform 9, 12 or 11 for the boro train.
She?s got 8 minutes to do this in and is getting a little nervous, must admit it seems a bit tight.

I?m a bit shocked that it seems impossible to get any maps of stations layouts that show the platforms and access to them on the net, so she can know where she is going before she gets there.

Anyone had any experience they can share?
I?m hoping our resident, er, York resident can help!
