If people have seen them in a few pre-season friendly games and are optimistic what is wrong with that? You say you have heard nothing about the new players, but the only ones I knew nothing about were Askou and Maric. Apart from McVeigh I consider them to be shrewd signings, who all have something to play for or prove. We also have a good competition in the squad for places which we havent had in a while nad have gone all pre-season unbeaten.

Cause for optimism if you ask me. The key i think is turning the away form around for once...if we can do that I can see us getting promoted.
