Always good to win, and many posotives to be taken from the game, especially seeing as Wigan seemed at nearly full strength.
Theoklitis had no chance with the goals, and aside from one good save/punch thing had very little to do, very vocal though which is always nice from a goalkeeper. Semi showed the player we all know he can be, rather than the piece of s**te we had to put up with last season. Holt looked lively in the first half, but didn't see much of the ball. Chrissy Martin took his goals well. Not sure why people are so confident in Hoolahan being the difference maker, lost the ball needlessly for thier first, and still looks like a child playing with men, get brushed off the ball all too easily.
My biggest concern is the gaping great gap between the two centre halves (not for the first time from some reports ive read) and also the gap between them and the midfield when we defend, Wigan got a lot of space all too easily.
But most pleasing is that no one stuck out to me as being exceptional, it was a true team performance, and i am a lot more hopefull now than i was a month ago.
Michael Brown should have been sent off twice for them, he is a nasty piece of work, that man is not a footballer. And as we all know Titus Bramble is still a scum c**t
