Me, I'd have confiscated them, given all parties a look-straight-in-the-eye shouty bollocking, reminded all that they're being PAID for f**ks sake and handed them back at end of day.

In saying that, I'm confident that I'm known for being fair and that all would know that it wouldn't go any further unless any of them caused it to do so. It'd be different if I were new at the company - maybe.

Jeeze, I know I'm old and past it and that but I hate that kind of thing so much and I'm seeing it more and more, not only from kids who are too young dumb and spoiled to know any better. It's not the hash, I'm quite fond of a spot of greenstuff, but never at work nor even the day before work.

You should ask these dickheads how they'd feel if they were paying someone to fix their car, and the lazy bastard kept stopping to read text messages or play games on his phone or JESUS if he got stoned while doing it?
