It's very hard being inbetween your boss

and the people on your team

Cos on the one hand, you're just another member of the team with extra duties, and on the other, you're supposed to somehow, erm, do what your boss is supposed to do whilst they get paid for it

So I know you feel, and how you became angry (I think)

It's one of those "can't you tossers just stop being tossers for a week, PLEASE!"
