I keep a diary for this sort of stuff

too much crap goes on in work places (people leaving early, late, work not getting done, too many sick days, etc, until out of no where, on top of that, some tosser does this)

I make sure I either drop hints, or let someone know what's happened, then I do an entry in the diary

That way, when someone on the outside lets the s**t hit the fan, and someone stabs me in the back saying I've never mentioned it, and I've never let on it was happening, then I'll have it all down

It's a good way of not getting annoyed when a few morons are acting up, but only on the "telling tales" level day to day (when in reality, the serial offenders are the most annoying, because it's so constant)
