somewhere off the beaten track, where the dive market isnt already saturated....

somewhere like Vietnam, where tourism is growing something like 40% a year and theres plenty of newish (40 yr old) military wrecks to explore - - plenty of vietnam war tourism trails onland, could be intersting to conduct dive tours at sea!!!!
