i didnt say the team leader brought them in, nor did he, he clearly states someone else brought them in BUT the team leader encouraged the "fun" once the cakes were in the office. That offence is just as bad as bringing them in. A team leader should act as such and this guy doesnt seem fit to be a team leader by his actions.
