I suspect the Board speak to more fans than some of us do
They are always at Meet the Board forums, Capital Canaries and other AGMs. And the smokers are always outside after the match (rioters permitting!!!!!!)
I know for a fact through the supporters trusts that they are available at these types of things much more than other Clubs Boards. At some clubs the fans never get the chance to speak to their Board.
