it means taking a chance on a manager in the lower divisions.
We grabbed Oneil from Wycombe Wanderers.
Oneil deserves all the credit in the world because he started off in the lowest rungs of football a nd built his career by being a f**king winner everywhere.
Everybody praises Oneils teams for being well organised
Maybe someone like Mark Robbins could be a good choice but you are taking a real chance.
He might not want to come if he is under no pressure where he is.
He might wait for a better spot to open up.
