Burns Night food: Chilli con haggis. Apparently it is the nuts of the mutt.
Just make the chilli exactly the same as you would normally, but substitute the beef for haggis. How brilliant does that sound?
It is easily the best idea I've ever heard in the whole of this week, and I am definitely giving it a go sometime.
