Somebody on the Oink 'Un has just posted "what's wrong with Worthy"

Where the f**k would they like me to start? Apart from 0-6 at Fulham, Jarrett, Louis Jean, Thorne, half a milliion quid for Hughes, Zesh Rehmann, Jonathan Johansen, turning down Jimmy Bullard and Jaskaaleinen and talking monosyllabic drivel after every game, I can't think of a thing.

Obviously he did good things as well and for 4 years or so he performed above par. But his time had come and has come. As he is quoted in the piece from the BBC, "it's time to move on". Absolutely. What the Board is thinking of is absolutely beyond me. Worthy would be a divisive figure - see on here. Some would be pleased, some wouldn't but it wouldn't just be mild disinterest it would be passionate fissure, if you can have such a thing.

I'd guess they were thinking interms of caretaker to the end of the season. Sorry, Delia et al, you're just going to have to be bolder.
