surely its down to man management

if you treat your staff like w**kers they are ahrdley going to enjoy comoing to work are they.

footballers are like spoilt brats they want everything their own way, and i bet most of the norwich players don't give 2 s**ts about the shirt and or the club. none seem to come to the barclay after a game and clap anymore like hucks, gunny, and cureton did
