For what its worth, I don't think the fans had anything to do with Roeder getting the boot
Losing the dressing room and his post match interview after Charlton did for him.
I think that in that interview he hinted at being irreplaceable due to the lack of money and the board may have seen this as a step too far in his media comments.
I think there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than the average fan knows about and I think Roeder's personality really began to grate with some members of the board.
Still onwards and upwards...I think the whole Worthy thing is still too fresh to put him back in charge. Rioch would be good as interim. I would really like to see Robins or Ince here for a long term position. As I think they may be the best of the crop of young managers.
