There wasn't anybody out there who wanted to play for him, you could tell by the players manner on the pitch. You could tell by their body language that they weren't bothered.
The loans hasn't helped, they don't seem to go that extra mile.
Norwich is one of those clubs that has had people there for a long time, Glen got rid of all them and when it doesn't work it falls on the manger who changed it.
I want Bryan Gunn and Goss involved, they have a love for the club and could do the job for nothing. You need experience but also the club at heart. So someone alongside them with experience would be good."
