I speak to the players all the time and they are finding it hard, it's just not been happening. They feel they should be much higher in the league.

A lot of players have left and the ratio of players to loans hasn't helped and there is a lack of form.

It's just not been happening.

None of the players have really complained about the manager, some get on with him some don't.

I don't think anyone really disliked him
