Regardless of who comes in, the only thing that can save us is motivating the bunch of players we currently have. Roeder is clearly failing. Therefore someone else MUST be given a shot at it. With a clear reminder to some of the players that if they dont' deliver, a career as a priest may be their next step as their careers go down the toilet a la Mulrynes.
