I don't disagree with you concerning the second point
But when it comes to footballing reasons on the pitch, Roeder really does need to go.
1. Released Huckerby when he didn't have too - and his gamble hasn't paid off as the replacements have flattered to decieve.
2. A record comparable with Grant's over 62 games.
3. He signs Lupoli and then decides he's too small for the championship - and loans our only senior striker at the club out.
4. We only have 1 fit centre back we own.
5. We don't have any fully fit experienced attackers we own at the club.
6. Tactics, team selections, all debateable.
