Roeder errors
He is to seduced by promising talent in the most unforgiving division of football. Bertrand, omozusi, grounds, pearce, omar etc may make good premiership footballers in time, they are certainly better technically and more athletic than many championship footballers and if we were winning would be the type of players you would like to watch.
The sad truth however is that week on week they are less effective than seasoned championship pro's like Wayne Brown, Darren Moore, Malky and flem in their younger days.
Unless he brings in some players who know that "doing a job for the team" is getting points whatever it takes I think we will be doomed this year.
I would start with Danny Mills.
