...The other day there was a discussion that getting shot of Roeder and his staff would cost a lot of dollar, I was pleased he kept us up last year and some of the football being played is good, the problem as you rightly say is a lack of harmony. My cheap as chips (you can almost hear Doomcasters ears pricking up) would be to have one of Iwan, Malky or Fleming as assistant manager, get a fans favourite and one who could be the shouty shouty type on the touchline that we need. Lupoli, Clingan, Patty, Bell, Croft, Marshall, even the Doc are all good Championship level players but a lack of unity was apparent on Saturday with various players holding on pitch arguments, a big character on the bench would go some way to solving this.
But then I've never managed Enlgand so what do I know?!
