But do you think that the fans understand the constraints within which Roeder is working...I fear not.
A lot of this "fans deserve better than this" is rubbish.

I feel the atmosphere around the fans is not helping matters and another change of manager at this point would be wrong. There is no time for a new manager to come in and sort out his ideas and the players he wants before the end of Jan. We have to keep Roeder until April/may now, if the board believes he is not the man for the job.
