I'm not sure that someone could do better but I am now in the Roeder out "gang"

Today players were arguing amongst themselves, Fozzy was looking the other way having a go at Clingan rather than looking at the throw in being taken.

The players were incredibly static today, Loopy was the main exception although Croft and Hool-a-hoop linked well on occasions.

Marshall launching the ball to Lupoli is far from ideal.

Coming out and saying that shower of poo was "an excellent performance" baffles me, we were awful, never looked like scoring and most depressingly couldn't pass a ball over ten yards. I lost count over how many times a ball was intercepted by a United player.

Ok some of these can be pinned on the players but it's GRs job to get them talking and motivated on the pitch, his tactical abilities (or lack of) have cost us dearly away from home this season.

I was talking to a few Nodge fans today, none of us expected anything from the game (read into that what you will) but all hoped for a performance, we didn't get it.

There seemed to be a complacency on the pitch from start to finish, it should have been addressed at half time but it wasn't. At half time the players would have gotten a rocket up their arses but they came out and played in the same manner, we occasionally pressed united and looked a bit better but it was a flash in the pan. Roeder for me is a good director of football, coach or assistant manager but their isn't the charisma to be the head man for me.

I have tried to be fully behind him this season, I didn't expect to be pushing up the league but nor did i expect to be looking likely for the drop. That's where we find ourselves now, we have ahead of us 2 must win matches, over Christmas we had 4 (i think) matches that we realistically needed 10 points from and got 4, there was a similar period before Christmas. We don;t have points in the bag and the last 7 fixtures look touch, so by mid March we need to have 50 points - doesn't look good.

What would a change of management do? I don't know, but the current one has brought in players like Hoolahan who murdered us in seasons gone by, squandered money we can ill afford on loans like T AH and Koroma. Fair enough on the Huckerby front 2 egos one had to go it was always going to be the player but he hasn't been replaced and finally worst of all he has alienated the fans. I have lost my faith with him, he did wonders keeping us up last season and I thank him for it, but it looks like as at his past clubs when he has to build a team and move a football club forward he can't.

I hope if he stays I am proved wrong and we kick on and can stay up.
