Yes, there are people in the Boardroom.
In both areas, there are those whose presence is questionable at best.
But the Manager picks those 11 and, to them, he is the boss. Equally, those in the Boardroom, they appointed him, his performance reflects their decision.
Its the usual thing, you are shat on from above and from below. And usually the one to go.
