No, Mick Dennis is 100% spot on.

He doesnt claim that GR is the best thing since sliced bread.

That would be like claiming Norwich is the greatest management position since sliced bread.

To sum up the MD bit.

(1) We have a better squad than when he came here.

If you disagree with that then stop reading now.
Ryan Jarvis has like zero goals for Orient and Hendo is without a club.
Hucks is the only one let go that was quality but his hand might have been forced because of wages.
The rest have done nothing.

(2) GR can be a giant dick.

I think thats obvious, he rubs people the wrong way.
His treatment of supporters needs a LOT of work.
Ego can be a source of success as well as your downfall.
In our current position he needs to be a bit more humble.

(3) Overall he has done a decent job with very limited resources.

I think if anything MD didnt hilight enough the fact that GR has been very unlucky with injuries, players getting suspended and penalties conceded.

On the negative side he didnt hilight the fact that he makes some strange line up changes/ substitutions.

Overall I think it was pretty balanced.
The fact is do we deserve anyone better than GR in our position.
Anyone willing to come here will have some faults/baggage.
