Its been in place and failing for years already!!

What's the point in giving the first team manager control of the youth setup when the average time a manager is at a club is so short and he'll never be around to see if his changes have worked?

If the board keep giving our 2 year managers control of the youth team its little wonder it hasnt worked for so many years.
