Im not acting like a c**t thankyou, I think we have to keep Roeder, but to say

he is doing a good job is absurd. He has bought in soem gd players, but his man management skills and constant changing of team selection have hindered our cause greatly this year, this has FA to do with Worthy or our situation.

Once more I will put teh question to you which you have avoided so well, in what way is he currently doing a good job? Id say average at best
