So which assets are going to be sold

to fund the signing of an elderly premiership reserve on loan?

1. The Phase 2 Development land. No - because no-one wants it.
2. Darel Russell. Quite possibly. Which would leave us very light in midfield when Fozzy and Croft's contracts expire. And isn't Rusty just the sort of player lo lead the fight back out of the third division? Fuck off then.
3. Adam Drury. Which would leave us with Simon Lappin at left back when Bertrand goes back to Chelsea reserves. So another strong possibilty.
4. David Marshall. So we swap Croft for Kenny and then Marshall can be sold. Sounds attractive in a makes-no-sense way.
5. Sammy Clingan. Please God no.
6. Or, as rumour has it, Colney. Impossible.
