Roger became a Director in May 1996 and also had a previous stint between January 1986 and September 1987.

He took over the Chairman's role from Bob Cooper.

Delia SmithDelia Smith
Joint Majority Shareholder

Delia Smith is Norwich City's joint majority shareholder, alongside her husband, Michael Wynn-Jones.

Delia made her name as a cookery writer, author and television personality, and joined the Board of the Canaries in 1996. Her influence not only helped stabilise the then precarious financial predicament the Club found itself in, but also to develop off-field revenue streams, such as Delia's Canary Catering, to help the finances further.

A long-time Norwich City supporter before her official involvement with the Club, Delia attends most of City's matches throughout the season and can frequently be spotted sitting in the stands, rather than in the Directors' Box.

Michael Wynn-JonesMichael Wynn-Jones
Joint Majority Shareholder

Michael Wynn-Jones is Norwich City's joint majority shareholder, alongside his wife, Delia Smith.

Michael made his name through publishing with his former company, New Crane Publishing Ltd. This produced the Sainsburys Magazine, among others.

Also a long-time Norwich City fan, Michael rarely misses a match and is hugely passionate about the Canaries.

Michael Foulger is Managing director of Attleborough-based Banham Poultry a family-owned firm which supplies chilled fresh chicken to butchers and food retailers throughout the UK.

Neil DoncasterNeil Doncaster
Chief Executive

Neil reports to the Board and is responsible for all departments within the Club - first team, academy, catering, sales & marketing and operations.

Neil also chairs the Finance Group and the Executive Committee, which comprises of the heads of each department and is concerned with Club strategy. As a Solicitor he still advises the Club on many legal issues, although the Club increasingly rely on outside assistance for larger legal projects, as required.

Sam Gordon
Director of Finance and Operations

Sam Gordon is a qualified accountant and holds the position of Director of Finance and Operations at the Club.

The role encompasses responsibility for the Club's finances including statutory reporting, cash management, provision of management information to support business decisions, leading budget and forecasting processes and managing external financing relationships.

The role also involves overseeing the areas of Safety & Security, Maintenance, Grounds and MIS.

Kevan PlattKevan Platt
Club Secretary

The role of Club Secretary is to that of main Football Administrator at the Club. Amongst the responsibilities are the arranging of fixtures at First and Reserve team level; liaising with the Football Association and Football League on all matters; submitting all documentation in relation to player transfers and renewal of contracts; maintaining disciplinary records; the arranging of travel and accommodation for the clubs matches away from home and on tours; and also working closely with the Norfolk County FA and Football in the Community.

Safety Manager

Andy's job is to ensure the smooth, efficient and safe running of the Carrow Road Stadium.

Andy also oversee's safety for all events and operations taking place in the stadium and on Norwich City Football Club premises.

Customer Services Manager, responsible for the operational management of the ticket office and telebusiness teams.

Key objective is to ensure the club continues to develop the levels of customer service that our supporters are entitled to expect.

Joe FerrariJoe Ferrari
Head of Media

Joe manages relations between NCFC and all local, regional and national print and broadcast media. As well as this Joe oversees and co-ordinates media output on matchdays, as well as overseeing media access to NCFC playing and non-playing staff.

Joe also advises senior managers/NCFC Board members on public relations issues, working with senior managers on internal communications issues and works with the www.canaries.co.uk team to help provide editorial content for the club's official website.

Gary's key responsibilities are to manage the ever increasing number of key sponsor partnerships as well as marketing the various advertising portfolio, corporate products and services available at Norwich City Football Club.

Responsible for managing all aspects of the executive and corporate matchday operation.

This includes executive season tickets and executive casual tickets, management of all the executive areas on matchdays and marketing the various sponsorship packages.

Will is responsible for retail, promotions, brand and the matchday programme.

The Club's thriving affinity portfolio which includes Travel Norwich City, The Canary Account, Canary Financial Service, npower Canary Energy and RAC motor breakdown cover are also managed within his department.

Lottery Manager

Mike is responsible for the club's successful lottery operation.

There are four main lottery products Gold Bond, the matchday Golden Goal, Canary Cashcade scratchcards and the ever popular raffle draws.The success of these products is dependant on an excellent network of agents, and the backing of our many supporters countrywide.

Programme Editor

Peter compiles, edits and manages the production of the matchday programme 'On The Ball'.

This involves liasing with regular contributors and interviewing players and staff for programme articles. Peter also contributes player interviews and football news for use on www.canaries.co.uk.

Jeremy GossJeremy Goss
Community Ambassador

Jeremy's new duties will see him attending events and engagements on a local and national basis to promote Norwich City, raising its perception and developing community links.

He acts as the principal link with the Club's community partners, including Football in the Community, The Study Centre and Canaries for the Community.
