Cullum offered the club a way out but Delia said no
If she accepts the offer then she'll lose most of the ?12m or so she's invested to date.
If she continues to hold out then she'll have to invest more money just to stop the club going under.
Put yourself in Delia's shoes, do you cut your loses and run or hold out and gamble the clubs future in the hope of getting some of your money back?
