I think its a slow build.

People forget that in our promotion season it was the "perfect storm" of factors coming together that helped us win the division.

We had a good but not great side.
What did help was our first 11 was almost always available. We had virtually no injuries or red cards that year. Probably never happen again.
We brought in Hucks and Crouch on "LOAN" which helped us over the edge from being an upper mid table side to a promotion side.
How soon the loan moaners forget that fact.

Unless we suffer a tremendous run of bad results with horrific performances I think we should give GR to at least the end of the season.
Lets see what JAN transfer window brings, lets see if we are in a false position.
